Software Installation Instructions

Before proceeding, you should have a Do Process Account No. and a Download Password.


Click Here to launch the Installation Program, and then click “Run” when prompted;
At the opening screen of the Installation Program, enter the Do Process Account No. and the Download Password.  If necessary (e.g.  if the program is to be installed on a network drive), you can override the default program folder specified;
Click the “Start Installation” button and the program will self-install;
Once installed, contact our technical support department at 416.322.6111 or 866.367.7648 to “Validate” the program.
